Caramel Apple Pizza 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened) 1/3 cup Green Barn Llama Farm Caramel Dessert Sauce 1 Prepared pizza crust (14 oz) 2-3 large Michigan Apples, cored and thinly sliced 2 tablespoonssugar 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 cup Green Barn Llama Farm Caramel Cashew Dessert Sauce Combine cream cheese and 1/3 cup Caramel Sauce until well blended. Place bread shell on baking sheet. Spread mixture evenly to within 1 inch of edge of shell. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated. Arrrange slices spoke fashion over cream cheese mixture. Bake in prehated 350 F oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until apples are tender. Drizzle 1/4 cup Caramel Cashew Sauce over apples. Serve warm.Suggested Michigan Apples varieties to use: Ida Red, Rome, Empire, Gala, Jonagold, Jonathan, McIntosh.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 1 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened) 1 8 oz. Whipped Topping 1/3 Cup Chocolate Fudge Sauce 1/4 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Espresso (cooled) In Medium mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Espresso, mix well and then add Chocolate Sauce and mix well. Mix in Whipped Topping until well blended. (You can substitute strong instant coffee for the Espresso.) Spoon into dessert cups and chill for an hour or so before serving. Can substitute low fat cream cheese and light whipped topping if desired. ![]()
RASPBERRY MOUSSE 1 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened) 1 8 oz. Whipped Topping 1/3 Cup Raspberry Sauce 1/4 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Orange Juice In Medium mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Orange Juice, mix well and then add Raspberry Sauce and mix well. Mix in Whipped Topping until well blended. Spoon into dessert cups and chill for an hour or so before serving. Can substitute low fat cream cheese and light whipped topping if desired. ![]() 3 cups diced, peeled Michigan Apples 1/4 cup Green Barn Llama Farm Caramel Dessert Sauce 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 TBSP cinnamon 3 TBSP butter (softened) 1 package (9 oz) yellow cake mix 1/2 cup water 1 egg Vegetable Cooking Spray In medium size bowl, mix 1 TBSP flour and 2 TBSP firmly packed brown sugar to apples. Stir in Caramel Dessert Sauce. In small bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is size of peas. Set aside for topping. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using water and egg. Spread in shallow 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Drop apple mixture evenly over batter. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350F about 35 minutes or until golden and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm, garnished with whipped cream or frozen yogurt. ![]()
